北京CP Center项目坐落于北京市商务中心区,紧邻CCTV新址及中国尊,为在高烈度地震带建造的超过230米的双子塔。结构难度较大,其中技术难点包括带两个结构加强层的双塔,深度达到35米的七层地下室,以及一个跨度近40米连接双塔的宴会厅。

张锦斌先生在此项目中担任多重职务,包括主要设计人,设计团队结构专业负责人,方案设计阶段校审人,并同时被业主聘任为结构专业经理。他的主要工作内容包括带领团队完成方案和施工图设计,组织方案评选和深化优化,主持通过超限审查,主持通过施工图审查,并协助现场总承包单位完成建造。

The Beijing CP Center project is located in the central business district (CBD) of Beijing, close to the new CCTV site and Z15, and is a twin tower of more than 230 meters built in the high-intensity seismic zone. The structure is difficult, and the technical difficulties include two towers with two structural reinforcement layers, a seven-story basement with a depth of 35 meters, and a ballroom with a span of nearly 40 meters connecting the twin towers.


Mr. Zhang Jinbin has held various positions in this project, including the main designer, the professional team leader of the design team, the reviewer at the design stage, and the architect of the structure at the same time. His main tasks include leading the team to complete the plan and construction drawing design, organizing the project selection and deepening optimization, presiding over the over-limit review, presiding over the construction drawing review, and assisting the on-site general contractor to complete the construction.
