张锦斌先生受韩国外交部和建筑师的委托设计和督造了这座位于美国华盛顿州西雅图市的现代风格的外交办公建筑。使馆建筑面积约3000平米，地下一层，地上3层。主体结构为全钢结构，地下室为钢与混凝土混合结构，采用了受专利保护的Sideplate连接节点，能够妥善的抵御东北太平洋的强风和地震。
Mr. Zhang Jinbin was commissioned by the Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Architects to design and supervise this modern diplomatic office building in Seattle, Washington. The embassy has a construction area of about 3,000 square meters, a basement level and three floors above ground. The main structure is all-steel structure, the basement is a mixed structure of steel and concrete, and the patented Sideplate connection node is adopted to properly resist the strong winds and earthquakes in the Northeast Pacific. .
