这是一座修建在美属塞班岛的建筑面积140,000平方米的顶级娱乐场酒店，其中包括16层76米高五星级酒店、大型博彩娱乐场、礼仪房和总统别墅。 根据当地SEOR的要求，LAVA工程师负责所有结构设计工作，包括主体结构的设计和建造支持，立面幕墙的抗风设计，屋顶花园和地面花园的市政配套工程和土木工程设计及建造监督。
酒店裙房工程已经完工，客房部分和屋顶花园目前正在建设中。
结构信息：主体结构是由塔楼部分钢结构（SMF和SCBF双系统）和裙房部分的混凝土墙共同组成的，所有建筑用钢在中国上海的宝冶集团进行深化设计和制造。

A 16 stories 140,000 sqm top range casino hotel in Saipan, which contains a five star hotel, a grand casino, manner house and presidential villa. Lava served as designed under local SEOR for all structural work including main structure, facade, landscaping and civil.
It is a concrete wall with steel structure (SMF and SCBF dual system), all steel will be designed and manufactured in mainland China.
